Triggers from a webhook when a new onboarding item is added in Monday.com,
Uses JavaScript to parse item data,
Pulls column values from Monday.com to identify relevant scheduling info,
Extracts and formats the start date,
Prepares the event description,
And automatically creates a detailed event in Google Calendar — all without manual input.

Splits the workflow into conditional paths based on the hire type,

For contractors: Sends a custom email with relevant onboarding instructions — skipping unnecessary steps.
